1. Over 29 years of professional forensic science experience, including forensic toxicology, forensic drug chemistry, laboratory management, quality systems, and executive laboratory leadership.
2. More than 29 years of specialized experience in forensic toxicology, including interpretation of toxicological findings, method development, quality assurance, and expert testimony.
3. Over 15 years of experience in seized drug analysis, including controlled substance identification, technical review, quality practices, and laboratory oversight.
4. Board certified in forensic toxicology and forensic drug analysis through nationally recognized forensic certification programs.
5. Extensive experience with forensic laboratory operations, accreditation requirements, quality management systems, and technical standards.
6. Certified technical assessor for the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) in the disciplines of forensic toxicology and seized drugs.
7. Serving as an ANAB Team Lead Assessor since January 2025, responsible for leading forensic laboratory accreditation assessments, coordinating assessment teams, evaluating compliance with international accreditation standards, reviewing laboratory quality management systems, and assessing technical operations.
